John Andrews will discuss the currently popular Spousal Lifetime Access Trust techniques being employed by high net worth individuals to take advantage of the $5.12 million gift tax and generation-skipping tax that expires on January 1, and other techniques for reducing estate taxes and protecting assets while retaining some degree of control and benefits. John is a graduate of SMU and the University of Texas School of Law. He has practiced in
